On my fourth night in India, I stayed at other luxury hotels in each city, No other hotel had the atmosphere, service, hospitality, dance festival,food and excellent quality. "I was very satisfied with the high cost of accommodation that I felt before staying, but now it's equivalent to what is offered."I would like to stay here again. I am especially grateful to the following three people. Mr.Mukul paid attention to small things and provided flexible hospitality. I can hardly speak English, but without looking displeased or troubled, he kindly explained it over and over again and confirmed my understanding with my tempo. I had a good stay thanks to him who was kind.Thank you. Ms.Pratiksha When I first met her, she spoke to me in my native language, Japanese. She said she was studying Hindi, English and now Japanese and French.I'm really good at Japanese, I knew not only the language but also Japanese culture. Young as he is, he is smart and can treat others with respect.He is younger than me, but I respected him from the bottom of my heart. Mr.Narendra They took the time to take the best pictures in the boat.Good photography is a tool for telling good memories.It was helpful because it was difficult to ask for photos when traveling alone. Thank you very much. I am truly grateful that I had a wonderful stay thanks:)

The Lake Palace was a model of hospitality, even by the lofty standards of Taj palace properties. Jasbindarji coordinates the concierge services. Letting her know ensures a car reaches the airport to pick you up well ahead of your arrival time. Kunalji meets you at the mainland jetty to invite you on board the boat to the Lake Palace. Shrutiji and Namanji at reception were always alert, eager and ready to help. We were lucky to have Sudharshanji as our liaison while staying at the property and he went above and beyond, helping bring our plans into fruition. Remember to make an early reservation at the Neel Kamal for dinner, as the food is definitely worth it, making the tables much coveted. We would also like to thank Tinnyji and Yuvrajji at Jharokha restaurant and the countless others throughout the property, who work tirelessly to ensure we have a wonderful stay. We will be back again, this time for longer than a couple of nights, because the stay is worth it.

Absolutely everything was exceptional - from the stunning location on the lake, the gorgeous Palace suite, the wonderful meals in the restaurant to the outstanding staff!! The warmth, professionalism and ability to anticipate all our needs was extraordinary. We came to celebrate my birthday and all the staff already knew this was a special occasion for me and they all went the extra mile - starting from Mr Kunal at the jetty who set the stage and continued with his amazing hospitality to the boatman, the doorman, the rose petal shower (so fun!) to the birthday cake, Ms Rashmi and her colleagues at check in, the cleaning and gardening staff to all the servers in the wonderful restaurant- they made it a very special weekend!! I was so blown away and touched by the genuine hospitality. Thank you all so much!!

We were told that we had to stay a night here if we visited Udaipur, and despite the high cost for this time of year (peak wedding season), we are so glad we did. What a beautiful, historic place. The hotel was very responsive about arranging an airport pick-up for when we landed in Udaipur, and the transition from airport to jetty/boat to hotel was very smooth. We were only staying for one night, but the hotel upgraded us to a 3x higher level room, which was an amazing heritage suite; the upgrade really made the experience. Service throughout the stay was exemplary. Thank you especially to Jasbinder with the front desk/concierge, who helped us with so much. Strongly recommend the heritage tour/walk of the hotel and the sunset boat cruise. The Neel Kamal restaurant and Jarokha restaurant were both super good.
